At its April 14, 2017, meeting, the College Senate voted to recommend to the president a revision of the DOPS Policy on Guidelines for Promotion, Policy No. VI:04:01.
At its April 14, 2017, meeting, the College Senate voted to recommend to the president changes in language to the Institutional Learning Outcomes. Presented to the Senate by the Academic Plan Committee.
At its April 14, 2017, meeting, the College Senate voted to recommend to the president that a revision of the DOPS Policy on Academic Misconduct, Policy No. VIII:04:00.

At its March 10, 2017, College Senate meeting, the Student Welfare Committee, in cooperation and with the support of the Budget and Staff Allocation Committee, recommended a motion to increase broad-based fees.
At its March 10, 2017, meeting, the College Senate voted to forward the ecommendation regarding state staff lines to the president.
The following March 2, 2017 President's Responses are to the Senate Recommendations which were presented, voted and approved by the College Senate at the February 10, 2017 Senate meeting:
At its February 10, 2017, meeting, the College Senate voted to approve the following resolution to revise the DOPS policy on SUNY certificates to be inclusive of both undergraduate and graduate students and to forward the resolution to the president for consideration and action. The previous policy reflected only graduate students.
At its February 10, 2017, meeting, the College Senate voted to approve recommendations for two new DOPS policies on appeal processes for denial of undergraduate and graduate admission and to forward those recommendations to the president for consideration and action.

At its November 4, 2016, meeting, the College Senate voted to recommend a revision to the DOPS Policy on Student Eligibility for an Academic Minor.
At its November 4, 2016, meeting, the College Senate voted to recommend to the president an endorsement of the Public Statement of Ethical Principles adopted by the SUNY University Faculty Senate.
