After drafting your proposal using the appropriate template(s) below, review the proposal with members of your department and/or with your school’s curriculum committee. Upon completion of your proposal authoring process, and using the required (proper naming conventions) email them to your Department Chair for submission to the CSCC workflow (KissFlow).

These templates below are instructive only, as the information must be applied to the Kissflow forms.
The below templates contain example information and annotations to aid in proposal creation. If revising or proposing a course for inclusion in the Intellectual Foundations Program, please include with your submission a narrative using the IF narrative template. SUNY Program Review forms will be completed and submitted to the SUNY Provost by the office of Academic Affairs following local campus approval.

Only Department Chairs may upload proposals to the CSCC by using the KissFlow Web application. Chairs, please be sure to save your work often in KissFlow.
